Fiber From the red sea that is, so east africa will have an alternative route
to submarine fibre.

Prior to the kenyan crisis, there was a lead time of 6 months on this
project.

May be now its never :-(

I think the operative part of the above sentence is "now coming",
which has been the status for the last 3+ years.

EA needs to complete the EA backhaul while TEAMS.SEACOM/EASSY/FLAG et.
al, get theirs done (or not).
