I have found some info on Hikari which apparently is one is the ISPs in
Japan. They have fibre lines come to your house. That is amazing. but the
prices range from 5000yen to 18000yen. I don't know the conversion rates
now, but i know the dollar is consistently around 100yen which make it
pretty expensive. At least more than I am willing to pay. But it is a fibre
line run right to your door, so that is a huge plus.
