funny enough, countries with a 'local' language have an advantage here. They 
keep their Internet traffic + the money that they generate, local.

(as was /.ted a few months back, google is *not* the biggest in a lot of 
non-english speaking countries, eg Norway and China. In NL, ebay couldnt beat 
the number 1 auction site, and had to revert to buying them. )

So, should Uganda push for the use of more Swahili, in order to protect its 
online economy?
