we are running our office, with smeserver that does:

- email (incl spam & virusscanning)
- file sharing (samba)
- CRM system
- Wiki
- DNS
- Proxy & Firewall

off of a PIII

Only the wiki & CRM tend to be a bit slow, the rest does what it should do.
