Negroponte is very intelligent:
=>starts the project on opensource for the feasability phase ...
tons of people have worked on it on an open source base and know just "give"
it to Micro$oft ...
who is going to get all the honors, medals and whistles of "bringing
computer where it was not there" ...
=> a while ago he refused OS X, claiming that it was not open source! You
said money ? :-)

now just waiting for the benchmark test ...
I doubt that XP can be as efficient as the Linux base designed for the XO
...
