Yes i agree, the OLPC with XP on it will be so slow. plus it is going to be a stripped down version of XP home. So not even XP Pro, which i felt would have been a more logical choice. Same thing happened with the ASUS EeePC. Now they are coming with XP home and linux. We have a linux one in the office that we are testing and i don't see how you can run XP on them without a lot of waiting and waiting and waiting.
