Hi Joseph,

Installing the latest Ubuntu is really tooo easy. You start your winblows,
then insert the CD and run the installer. It installs itself *inside*
windows, so no repartitioning necessary. Will take you about 30 minutes.
(uninstalling is about 2 minutes, i found)

I only ran the liveCD inside a Kubuntu host, which is nice for playing around
and demo purposes. I am curious to see how well the ubuntu .deb packages
behave. If that is a plain

sudo apt-get install sugar

That would be pretty awesome. BTW, if you are going to install multiple
machines, you might want to have a look at the apt-cacher package. You can
make 1 of your machines cache the .deb files, which makes updating the others
in the network a *real* fast job. We did the latest distro upgrade that way
(including some pretty hefty games), and we really only downloaded each
package once. Very handy.
