I see they don't mind someone who's green on Linux as per the first requirement 
'Minimal or no Linux Knowledge'So why the CV? Nonetheless, how many candidates 
are they willing to take in?

Isn't a two page motivation letter a bit on the high side, best you can
ask for is a cover letter of sorts not an Essay.

Also i would assume if you are a student, you practically don't have a
CV
so would it mean a student can't apply, as much as the student is part
of
your target group.
