If you would like to demo something but need a machine to do it on please can you let me know. (Offlist will do), so I can ask for some more, as they are available if we ask. Apologies if this has already been done but the format for Software Freedom Day 2008 Saturday will be ;- Venue: Faculty of Computing and Information Technology. Top Floor. There should be some printed signs from the ground floor pointing the way. 1. Opening by Minister at 9:00am 2. Key note address (Yours truly!) 3. Sector discussions (private, civil society & government) 4. Lunch 5. Training, Demonstration sessions I can't emphasis enough how important I think this is we as a community make an effort to turn out and support this day. There should be a few members of the press around, so if you want to use this opportunity to wax lyrical about all things Open Source I can't think of a better time. I am hoping to see you all there and maybe even get time to share a beer and a few geeky discussions with the same. Many Thanks Simon Milton Aineruhanga wrote: > Dear all, > > My apologies for the short notice, but as we prepare for SFD this > Saturday 20th Sept, we are looking for any of you that have the time > to spare to offer training to the participants.
