Very very cool idea. Could it not be a sweet project for someone at Makerere? Involve the design and engineering dept?

The best opportunity to make this happen is by setting up freedom
toasters (http://freedomtoaster.org/) in very busy places like garden
city, game, etc

A freedom toaster is very easy to make and from my last calculation
would cost about 1.5m

Patrick,
You have made an interesting observation. FOSS should be 'shared' along the
same lines or better, it is really odd that windows gets 'shared' more than
FOSS here.

Kind of reminds me of a discussion I had sometime back with
some pals
regarding very popular global hit songs.

Its not because of the acclaimed global sales but because
of the how much is
"shared"

windows seems to have the high "shared" rate than
FREE Software. How can we
share FOSS more easily and induce other to want to shared
too?
