Dono The copyright law is clear in Uganda and was amended to reflect the current realities. Chaps found pirating can casually earn themselves a 2 year jail term or a fine not less than UShs 2,000,000/= or both depending on the circumstances. I bought a hard copy of this law from the Govt Printery outlet on Airlines House. I will read through the relevant sections and share with you what it says later.
