Anyhow, I can think of very many ways one can promote FOSS, from popular Ugandan Websites (NV, Monitor.....), Google, Email signatures, Billboards; Flyers in Pubs, Cinema's and Churches; SMS broadcasts etc etc, sadly I am not in a position to do any of these things - I was just thinking out loud.
