me too, but it's my wife, not a colleague.  somehow, even tho she has
corporate IT staff who said "there is nothing we can do" I am meant to
restore the 6 months of emails that she has lost ;-(

Gmail is actually pretty good re; this!

Has anybody used any repair tools for this?  if so, which...outcomes,
etc please!
