me too, but it's my wife, not a colleague. somehow, even tho she has corporate IT staff who said "there is nothing we can do" I am meant to restore the 6 months of emails that she has lost ;-( she doesnt want to hear that all her emails may be > gone forever. What i dont understand is why people consider their email > software a document storage solution. Gmail is actually pretty good re; this!
