Danny,

1) Never let a Microsoft Outlook PST file get above 2Gb, yes I know the new 
2003+ version is supposed to allowed it but in our experience the file become 
exponentially more likely to corrupt.

2) The other possible cause could be that auto-archive has kicked in and moved 
the mail somewhere. Do a search for PST's in the last week or however long 
since this happened.

Hi guys,
i have an issue with a microsoft outlook pst file thats about 3Gb in size.
For some reason i cant view emails for the past 4 months which were there 
before but they all vanished save for others for previous years.I have tried 
scanning the pst file microsoft office repair tool called scanpst with no 
results.
Any ideas.
