Actually, it doesn't. I'm not concerned about the consistency of the price. I'm only concerned about "at which interconnect points" it is consistent. Ex-CLS (cable landing station), ex-data centre, ex-reseller, e.t.c. It can't be consistent at every interconnect point... that doesn't make economic sense. Some of the issues Gerald raised in his previous post are excellent ones. I need the hard facts. It is those variables that require addressing. It's flowing from the "horse's mouth".
