Indeed - in my case, we have a direct peering relationship with a major .za ISP, so that's why my path heads down to .za. That said, it doesn't explain why .za would be an active transit path for .ug, given the world topography and general direction of user traffic. Just looking for insight, as networks are free to do as they please with their infrastructure :-). Cheers, Mark.
