Lug, anyone with knowledge on ICT for disabled persons, i will be more than glad to learn more about that (esp success stories/ not botched stories).
i will particularly like if someone like Reiner, et al, said there is this cool Open source app for disabled persons. Then Simon could chip in and say, this app is much better. on a serious note, i am investigating how Open Source software could be useful for Disabled people. Please note, this is a global term, not the term i would like to use. Because if u are to think of it, most people (read all) on LUG, (and in the world are disabled - but dont describe themselves as such). e.g. James Wire has little or no knowledge in Langi (so he is disabled (in regards to Langi) (Nothing personal James - just an example). In the same measure, i would describe myself as abled - ( i won my chess computer program (its not as good as deep blue) please dont tell me to do a google search, bse i probably did that before i sent this email. To the Truithts (4give my bad english). In case you didnt know who the truithts are. These are guys who inform you that, your post is not linux related. I will ask them to first crucify Mr Bagyenda for his great link on Steve Jobs. regards Cavin
