But cellular based internet is not that far away even in Africa. In
some cases I believe in Uganda you are not far behind us here In the
states.

There is a perspective that no one seems to be looking at... This OS
will *only* work with the Internet. For some of our countries where
affordable Internet costs are still light years away, Cloud
computing is at a distant thought. I carry my laptop with me when I
am leaving work, if i do not have an Internet connection at home,
then the document I was working on a few hours back is of no use to
me if I cannot access it...
