Hi LUG,
First thing this morning was having trouble getting on the internet with
my MTN cdma.
WVdial on Linux was giving a similar error, (something about CHAP
authentication failed: Illegal user or password)
tried
Windows XP but also kept giving me an error 691 (Username and password
was rejected)
Call to customer care got me to the source of the problem,
Their server settings were changed and now, my account which was set up
before the 7th digit (extra2) was added to all the phones was now required.
So
U/N: [email protected]
Pwd: 0312xxxxx
were now
U/N: [email protected]
Pwd: 03122xxxxx
