- What did you do so far? (you stuck a dongle in your laptop, installed 
software ABC, Configured Tralala, etc)
- What happened? (You got an error? You found yahdieyah in your logfiles, you 
got connected and then the connection dropped? etc)
- What have you tried when it did not work as you expected? (Used a different 
config, changed hardware, etc)

And try to avoid CAPS. Its considered screaming on the internet.
