Agreed.  They also seem to have a rather aggressive whitelist policy for
ports which only allows certain stuff through.

As an aside, I've recently discovered that they do not offer data plans
for voice customers.  In other words, you cannot get the 9GB data plan
on the same device you're using for a phone.  If you're using data on a
phone you will be charged 0.9 UGX per KB.  

Unless my math is wrong, that multiplies out to 943,718.4 UGX per GB.

Anyway, Orange's business model is starting to piss me off enough that
I've decided to switch back to MTN's 90k/mo GPRS plan.
