No multi-tasking, because that you will do with your imac, no camera because that you will do with your iphone, no usb and sc card slots, for that you have to buy accessories,adapters that enable you to do that. The issue i have with this device is the many accessories you have to buy in order to use the ipad.
Many of the features people would expect were left out on purpose, the ipad is not for you to do video chats and stuff, it is meant for a particular niche, publishing. Just as the ipod came around for music.
