Kyle, with all due respect.. with such an attitude, I do not think you
will get far.
I just redirected a random high-port on our firewall in order
to work around the block.
I feel bad for anyone who doesn't control their own systems.
You are using the Orange 3G Internet connectivity to connect to the
Internet. You will randomly be assigned a private IP address and will
be NATted behind a given range of Public IP addresses, should you
start to spam people, on the Internet, it is these Public IP addresses
that will get blacklisted, which will not only affect you the spammer,
but all other 3G and EDGE/GPRS clients.
Actually I do not see the problem here. Only someone with the
capability to configure their smtp server to listen on another port
can be able to take advantage of this kind of setting. In which case,
any spam they may send will go out with the source as their smtp
server not the ORANGE 3G network.
Noah.
