You could try Drobo if you are looking for an inexpensive pre-built solution (I have installed these for video and photo houses). Personally, if cost is an issue and you are looking for the most return you should look into rolling your own solution. I have built 20TB high performance arrays for ~$3000 US with RAID 6 + dual hot spare disks and 10GB LAN that serve AFP, SMB, iSCSI and NFS but it is more work to maintain than a drop-in solution.
