It can be in one of four (or more) or places:
- your e-mail provider's mail queue.
- the LUG's spam queue/quarantine.
- the LUG's list queue.
- the LUG's outbound mail queue.
Only the list moderator and/or administrator can confirm the
other last 3.
I certainly don't think it's "in the network" :-).
