You can look into squidguard and dans-guardian.

Both work perfectly on opensuse.

Dans Guardian is more powerful but it filters on content and in some
situations can block legitimate websites. http://dansguardian.org/

SquidGuard uses blacklists so you can pick and choose what to block:
