check what version you have for IEW, if you have 8.0.7, kindly bring the
modem to Orange Head offices at the shop below reception area and request
for a software update. This is free. You will need to uninstall the one
currently installed on your computer before you can plug in the modem. After
uninstalling, plug in the modem and let the new software get installed.
Reboot and test.

Post here how that goes... or you can get me off-list
