Ok found out that clamv filter gives a problem when sending from an
internal adress. When disabling the clamv virus scan on mail mail runs ok!

Spam filter is still turned on

However,

Disabling the virus check does not enable sending mail to the external
interface

it is as if the mail service is not running on the external ip at all!
How can i make sure it is in sme 7.4? Even after nothing has changed.
