Hi, While SEACOM has been broken for about 2 weeks now, at a place at the bottom of the ocean a few hundred kilometers north of mombassa, as of last sunday, due to the blasts at the rugby club, the UETCL fiber was broken.
the uetcl fiber carries all ISPs except MTN to and across the border to Kenya. (We know they do for TEAMS, as that was the only capacity left, but probably they carry the SEACOM capacity as well, if that is available) Last night, the UETCL fiber was repaired.
