So at the AfPIF meet, and Google say that the GGC's in the countries they deploy them (.ug included) is meant to be used by all ISP's.
A model would need to be worked out between the ISP hosting the GCC (UTL and MTN in .ug's case) and the other ISP's on how they can access the GCC. Bottom line, the GCC should not be limited to the ISP that's hosting it. Mark.
