Hi,

Well, personally, i dont run one of the 13 competitors of UTL that have a very 
clear (financial) incentive to get access to the cache.

I know that if I would run any of those 13 companies, I would show great 
interest in this.

I would suspect at least 1, just 1, ISP just got it, and tried to put some 
energy in this endeavour. If they would do so in the open (after all, the 
whole point is that *all* ISPs will get access), he/she might even be backing 
form others and end up being succesful.

And of course, if the operation fails, *all* ISPs, including UTL will loose 
the cache.

Did I mention game-theory before? Go figure.

As an internet-user, i dont have gmail, i use openstreetmap, and i can still 
live without YouTube.
