Mwirima, It is true you may not value ethical actions and leagal or morally acceptable behaviour, but the truth is, the law of the jungle will not get us a position of respect in the gobal village.
Count me too, I am with Tim all the way on this, whether Uganda's laws mention these devices or not. Freedom comes not from being subject to the law but from living a respectable life and giving other people the respect they deserve.
