Are you guys sure you're talking about the same thing as Google is?
I'm in the US which is listed as one of the ~6 markets they've apparently launched this in so far, and I've never seen it before a few days ago.
If you go to google.com and still need to press enter after entering your search-term, you're not seeing it.
