Ryta said: "domain's slave zone file doesn't load", so maybe it's not
the actual contents of the zonefile (or maybe it is).

The bottom line is there WAS an answer, it's just not the one that the
zone admin wants.

today, there IS a different answer:

from dns2, but same as yesterday from dns1:

 ; <<>> DiG 9.3.2 <<>> @dns1-svr-celtel.imul.com nca.co.ug ANY
 ; (1 server found)
 ;; global options: printcmd
 ;; Got answer:

but dns1 is pingable.

SERVFAIL means that the domain does exist and the root name servers
have information on this domain, but that the authoritative name
servers are not answering queries for this domain.

well I assumed it would be anonymized, but in UG one can't always make
that assumption.
