@McTim: Ryta is still trying to install DNS on his local server, while the NS records still are pointing to celtel, so @Markus, Ryta is not an ISP, he works at nca.co.ug (we have to wait a bit to see what that is.)
So Ryta, yes please, post your named.conf file.
