Well... My co worker was sacked in the Netherlands because he refused to had the used cisco pw over the phone (gsm) to a supervisor with no knowledge on what to do with it.
This was in a large callcenter where Novell and Microsoft support was given in 45 languages. It happened when I was on a holiday and my co worker was sick in bed but was offering to work remote from his home (isdn dialup). He also told the guy to come to his place to get the pw on a written paper if he needed it that bad. The supervisor had him sacked and called someone to break the Cisco enable pw by resetting the black box. When I got back from my holiday (tanzania and no gsm roaming then) a week later and heard what had happened I quit my Job there and then. 2 Weeks later we were called if we wanted to come back now that they kicked out the supervisor who went to far in this. We went back to work and the Cisco pw was stored in the CIO's safe in his office.
