Don't be too quick to assume he's guilty :) The article does not
(unless I missed it) provide any information regarding his
original criminal charges.
I know this may be an unpopular opinion, but I do not believe the
mere possession of /anything/ should be outlawed. Doing so only
serves to create witch-hunts and erode our civil liberties.
