Andrew 3 Charlie Harriet Brenda
Brenda 5 Donald Andrew George
Charlie 2 Ellen Ian Charlie
Donald 1 etc, etc
Ellen 6
Fred 9
George 7
Harriet 4
Ian 8

Now, how do you get the names in COL1, COL2, COL3 to get the matching INDEX
from the INDEX column?

I can do this in 2 minutes in Excel!

Otherwise, there's always AWK. :-)
