Reinier, Thanks, however this seems to be for Windows Updates. What I am looking for is a way to monitor the bandwidth passing through a NIC that's connecting me to the Internet (my gateway), so that I can identify what kind of traffic is going out and coming in.
My ISP tells me that my link is saturated, but they cannot provide me with any graphs/data/information, so seems like I have to do the hard work myself.
