Well UTL is pumping and Orange is catching IIUC.  I doubt that utl is
charging Orange 250/Mb/sec.  I hope others are planning to do it as
well. We will see 100 Mbps across the switch very soon if they do!

We need to convince the suits at the peers that the UIXP provides
serious value to them first. Currently, they are getting this value
for very little cost ( a few hours of staff time per month).  The
challenge will be to convince them to pay for service that they now
get for (nearly) free)
