I prefer the use of saving money - as for instance orange will be paying X - 
less the 27m x 250 USD 



Your home connection works the same way that Orange's connection does...you pay 
per month for a certain amount of bandwidth...they are both transit 
connections. If orange pays X in Decmeber 2010, I'm will ing to bet they are 
still paying X in January 2011.
