Some remarks: - Would it be possible to include something that the list owner(s) is bound to provide an answer/solution/action to a complaint within, lets say, 24 hours? We (users) have asked the list-owner(s) on several occasions for action, but he remained quiet and unresponsive.
- For reasons of transparency, the decisions and actions of the list-owner should be published on the list. - Would it also be possible to include a ban on participants contributing to the list through an anonymous re-mailing facility or the like? We had this issue some time ago where someone used this kind of facility and refused to reveal his/her identity when requested.
