I hope more people join the discussion, my take on 6 is the intention is not to harbor or host anonymous posters. If you have the email address [email protected] because its your favorite movie but you sign with your name Simon Vass then you are OK. On the other hand if you sign with Neo or Morpheus or Trinity and do not reveal your true identity when asked then its not OK
