Morning Brian,

We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the numerous SMS

contact telephone number – if not the same - & we shall be able to handle.

For any related data issues you can always write to

Thank you.

Same for my iPhone, keep on getting these irritating data usage sms's and
they are layered over each other which makes it a freakin hell to use the
Phone.

I just re-read your email (my previous response was from my mobile)
and realized that you are using Android. I experienced the exact same
issue with my Android phone and spent days looking for a solution. I
tried a handful of SMS filtering apps- even replaced the default core
SMS app, and ultimately never was able to stop them. Froyo at least
does not have the ability in the API for apps to intercept them.

I found a handful of users in other countries facing the same issue.
Until either MTN disables them from being sent, or if the next Android
version provides API hooks for handling class 0 SMSs, you can't do
anything.

I finally just resorted to using pay per KB data.
