LUG-gers, seems my previous email made the wrong impressions.
Nothing was any obvious, as typical with these changing technology trends,
and that is why I asked after failing on my Google consultations.
It was a worthy lesson learned when I got a solutions, and thank you to
those who contributed.

My preference of starting with Mambo is because I know deep inside me that
there will be compatibility issues with newer plug-ins and or requirements.
Making it work after a long while gave me good practise (and happiness) for
the "latest and or better" CMS'.

Why not Joomla so far for me?! The underlaying reasons are... security,
security, and security. With all the tricks ably done in php.ini and
httpd.conf, hell (read hacks) still breaks loose more frequently than to
other CMS-based platforms. Wonder what happened to the Mambo brains which
migrated into Joomla! Is it a case of too many cooks or is the kitchen just
too small?!
