what is the final result u want to achieve (without going technical, and i know 
the devil is in the details),
i used fusion tables, and it solved half of my problems (forcing me to abandon 
it), the deal breaker (for me) was that it was designed to use the entire 
global 
map, 

I was on the fusion tables, users group, and there was a session 
lead(Female)(from Google) who was very responsive, she wasnt technical but she 
made an effort to answer 

different questions (by forwarding the questions to her superiors), to her 
credit, she used to answer 80% of the questions,
