I agree with you,actually IT is all about pushing up,like us,we are new in
industry we may not well ask question,now you who can understand correct me
then i ensure you i will be able to well harmonise it.

I thought this is asocial network where people try to look for solutions to IT
problems
and share ideas, "remember not all of us are at same level in IT".
So if you start Minimizing other people's questions then you are discouraging
them,so let us
respect people's questions and that way we shall push IT to higher and if don't
then we losing
focus of whole thing.
