- advise/guide people who want start using open source
- repository for software and information
- advocacy (government / donors
- periodic events
- open source incubator center
- regular publications in public media / internet on the use of OSS in UG
- show case for FOSS solutions

Plan for a brain storm meeting. I think most people on the list have
great ideas and want to contribute.

If you plan the meeting somewhere between 6-12 August, I think I may
find the Virtual University of Uganda ( www.virtualuni.ac.ug ) willing
to host for the location and will contribute the first round of beer.
