Goes to show how far behind you are on the news, the feature is called 
"Circles" 
and its what facebook is trying to beat, as well as there is a book about 
circles but thats a whole different issue with Google+ and Facebook, you can do 
some research.

The most powerful feature of Google+ is circles and offcourse lets wait for the 
rest.
