We are using zentyal (or still its predecessor, ebox) which includes the email
component.

The current zentyal installation includes zarafa, i havent seen it yet, but it
claims to be an exchange replacement
http://doc.zentyal.org/en/zarafa.html#introduction-to-the-groupware-service

I can surely recomment zentyal. It has almost all you need and more in 1
installation. for a small office that needs a server, its perfect.
